Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Standard Shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship within the United States only. Each order includes USPS tracking information for your convenience.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at customer@aprocheusa.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so our team can assist you promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If USPS marks your package as delivered but it cannot be located, please reach out directly to USPS with your tracking number. While Aproche is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, we will do our best to guide you through the claims process.
Limited Releases
Because our collections are limited-edition, all sales are final once shipped. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, replacements cannot be guaranteed.
