Refund Policy

We offer a 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for your first order, allowing you to try our formulas with complete confidence. You have a full year from the date of purchase to request a refund. This policy applies strictly to your first bottle. 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at angela@aprocheusa.com. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Refund Details & Fees

Individual Bottle

• You do not need to send the product back. 

• You will receive a refund for the product value, less a $10 shipping (for orders that qualified for free shipping) and a $5 processing fee.

Bundle Return Requirements

Bundles require a physical return to our warehouse to qualify for a refund:

• Unopened Product: The two unopened bottles from your bundle must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact.

• The Tote Bag: The tote must be returned unused. 

• If the tote is not returned, or is returned in used condition, a $37.50 fee (the retail value of the tote) will be deducted from your total refund.

• Bundles: You will receive a refund for the bundle value, less a $15 shipping fee (for orders that qualified for free shipping) and a $5 restocking fee.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping for bundles is at the customer's expense.

For orders that paid shipping, shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable

Eligibility & Limitations

• The 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to a maximum of one bottle per household, regardless of the number of orders placed.

• Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

We do not cancel orders once they have been placed. For subscriptions, we've made it simple to stay in control of your account at any time. Through our always-available customer portal, you can skip shipments, pause, or cancel your subscription in just a few steps, no waiting, no phone calls needed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
